I have always been fascinated with the infinite variety of pattern and color evident in the natural world. Much of my photographic work emphasizes details of texture, often bordering on abstraction. With this approach, I can guide the viewer toward an appreciation of beauty often unnoticed because of its scale or unusual perspective.
